LATERAL RAISES

Lateral raises is an exercise that works out your Deltoids, this exercise is very important to keep good posture and avoid injuries related to weak shoulders.

-Stand feet hips with apart
-Slightly bend your knees
-Hands holding the dumbell inward
-Slightly bend your elbows
-Raise your arms untill your elbows are the same line as your shoulder
-Back to initial position
